Hi, i’m Chad Campbell

Hi I’m Chad Campbell, a para badminton player and photographer based in Taranaki, New Zealand. I’m passionate about pushing my limits both on the court and behind the camera, constantly striving to grow, learn, and evolve in everything I do. As an athlete, I’m dedicated to my journey in para badminton, driven by discipline, resilience, and a love for competition.

Photography is where I slow things down and tell stories through light and movement. I’m especially drawn to long exposures, seascapes, and astrophotography, capturing the raw beauty of New Zealand’s landscapes and the quiet moments most people pass by. From rugged coastlines and dramatic skies to star-filled nights, I aim to create images that feel immersive and timeless.

Creativity, patience, and perspective guide both my sport and my art, and I’m always looking for new challenges, locations, and opportunities to grow as a photographer and athlete.
