Refund Policy

We aim to provide products that meet a high standard and arrive exactly as expected. If something isn’t right with your order and you believe it is defective or has been damaged in transit, please get in touch with us promptly at chadcampbellphotography@outlook.co.nz. Be sure to include clear images and a brief description of the issue so we can assess it efficiently.

After the item is sent back to us and reviewed, we will offer a replacement or a full refund. To be eligible, returns must be made within 14 days of the original purchase date, and items must be in unused condition with all original packaging and tags still attached.

Products that show signs of wear, modification, or damage after delivery will not qualify for a refund or exchange and will be sent back to you.

Please be aware that delivery fees are generally not refundable, unless the item received is incorrect or confirmed to be faulty.
